Around four years ago, this place was well-maintained and enjoyable to live in, but over the last two years the quality of management and maintenance has declined significantly. Sadly, it feels like the property has fallen apart compared to what it used to be. Especially while rent keep majorly increasing...”

“I had the pleasure of staying in Wind West Home for three years, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The building management was absolutely top-notch—always professional, responsive, and genuinely caring about the residents.
Cleanliness was another highlight. The common areas, hallways, and facilities were consistently spotless, thanks to a dedicated cleaning team that clearly took pride in their work. It made the whole environment feel welcoming and well-maintained.
As for the apartment itself, it was everything I could have hoped for—comfortable, modern, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of the space. It truly felt like home.
Overall, my time here has been amazing, and I wholeheartedly recommend this building to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live. Kudos to the management team for creating such a wonderful living experience! I can also tell you that the location is perfect as you can exit to Sheikh Zayed Road directly.

“Awful management!!! There is no manager, no receptionist, noone. Like ghosted abonden place. If you have any issue you will not find anyone who is in charge. So difficult. Recently they hired security for what they dont know also. They send you to ask security, security say he is controlling door, ask managment. Playing futball so difficult sometume i am really having blood pressure because i cannot solve my issue in the apartment. And i am living 4 years here they absolute doesnt care for long stay tenants.”

“The hotel left a very positive impression: inside it is clean, cozy, and the reception staff are always friendly and responsive. I especially want to note the convenient supermarket delivery option — you simply pass a shopping list through the chain, and the courier not only brings everything within 10 minutes, but if needed will photograph the shelves in the store to clarify order details. This creates a feeling of high service and makes staying here truly relaxing and comfortable — you can literally not get off the couch and not deny yourself anything.”

“I am really happy with this place, it's near to everything, hospitals, pharmacies, restaurants and metro stations. The attention is formidable, Anastasia has been very diligent with my requests and always attentive to our needs, well done.
The neighbourhood is great and the facilities are comfortable.

“I spent five years at Wind West Home and had a really good experience. The Studio was spacious, which was a big plus.
I’m a bit surprised by some of the negative comments about Anastasiia. In my experience, she was always professional and handled things efficiently (with a Smile :). Anytime I had a concern, she was responsive and got things sorted out. The building was well-maintained, and the staff were generally helpful and friendly. Let’s not forget Nissrine and Cheska—they were always helpful and made things easier. I’m not sure what others experienced, but for me and so many other tenants, we had everything ran smoothly during our time there.”

“The location. Is so nice and but the problem is the manager Anastasia she is not friendly at all when you try talk to her she just turn her eyes around and snob people around her she talk rude she is not smiling she feel like she is the owner of the building when you try to complain about the flat she not reply for 1 week but the good thing is cheska is so nice to us she is so friendly and understand us I hope and I wish the management change the manager she don't deserve to work in this building if her attitude is bad”
