“I have been living here for almost nine years, and so far, I haven’t encountered any issues with the property. There are two security guards who take shifts daily, and a cleaner who maintains the cleanliness of the area. The facilities here are constantly improving, and the greenery is increasing. The community has a long cycling track that runs through the entire neighborhood, along with basketball and volleyball courts. Over the past couple of years, many shops and restaurants have opened, and supermarkets like Viva and Carrefour are set to open soon. The community has very convenient access to the highway, allowing easy travel in any direction without detours. This area is only going to get better in the future.”

“This building is of very good quality. I have lived here for many years without any issues. The greenery around the building has been improving steadily. There are plenty of RTA parking spaces nearby. It’s only a 2-minute walk to Viva and Carrefour. There’s also a British nursery next door, and a cycling track that runs through the entire community behind the building. A bicycle overpass is under construction, which will connect directly to Silicon Central Mall, making access to Silicon very convenient. The area is continuously developing, and it will only get better in the future. The rent is also very affordable, making it an ideal place for families to live.”
