Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. “100% genuine unprompted review. I lived in Al Sufouh Suites for approximately 6 months (I would have stayed longer but I’m leaving Dubai). I stayed in a studio room with a balcony on the third floor. I loved living in this building. The room was modern and bright with great facilities (eg microwave/cooker/washer dryer combo), and the building itself has nice amenities like a restaurant/mini mart/ Pilates studio and a pharmacy outside. There is a nice atmosphere in the building. I want to say a big thank you to Amr who was helpful from day one and always had a beautiful smile on his face. Thank you also to Abdullah who helped me once I knew I was leaving Dubai - he was very supportive and understanding of my situation. Thanks guys - really appreciate your help and support.”

“The building is getting old, extremely noisy, the mold is all over the flat. I would not recommend this building, the only good thing is the location, but it is not worth it.”
