“i am rider I came for delivery to OLA residence.
I park my bike building parking then security came he say not allow to park your bike here take your bike and park in the street outside.
I park my bike outside then I received fine 500 dirham. Now, who is the responsible for this fine?
We are coming for delivery same building but they are not giving parking its not fair.🙏”

“I really liked the gym in this residential complex. It's well-equipped and pleasant to work out in. Every morning I went for a run and enjoyed the fresh air and peaceful atmosphere around. I lived on the fifth floor, and the balcony had a very beautiful view. Overall, I was left with only pleasant impressions.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We lived in OIA Residence for about a month with our whole family and children, and overall the impressions are very positive. Before this, we looked at other areas of Dubai, but it was here that we felt maximally comfortable for family life. First of all, we really like the atmosphere of the complex - it's quiet, peaceful, without rush. For life with children, this is a huge plus. The courtyards are neat, clean, there's somewhere to walk, it's safe to let the child ride a scooter or bike. The territory is well-maintained, there's enough greenery, everything looks modern and pleasant. Second, convenient infrastructure. There are shops, pharmacies, cafes nearby, everything necessary for everyday life. You don't need to drive far every time for basic things. At the same time, the area is not congested with traffic, which is also important when you have a family. The apartments themselves are comfortable: good layout, normal sound insulation, enough light. During a month of living here, no serious problems arose. Service and management respond quite quickly. I want to note separately that compared to several other areas where we looked at housing or stayed before, OIA Residence seemed more cozy and "homely". There's less of a feeling of tourist traffic and more of a calm residential environment. In summary: for a family with children, it's a very successful place. Quiet, safe, convenient and pleasant to live in. After a month of living here, we were left with only good impressions🙌”

“We stayed in these apartments and we really liked them. My wife loved the spacious kitchen and I loved the fast internet, the courtyard with lots of vegetation and the fresh air. We plan to rent here long-term. The only thing a bit inconvenient is that each apartment gets only one parking space in the underground garage and we have two cars. Otherwise, everything was great 👍🏻”

“A great and very clean residential complex. Children enjoyed spending time at the playground and swimming pool every day. The staff is very polite, and security is on duty 24/7.
The location is also convenient - it was comfortable and relatively quick to get to work.

“A very pleasant residential complex. Green territory, calm atmosphere and everything is well-maintained. Particularly enjoyed the pool area: there is a deep pool for adults and a small one for children. It was very pleasant to watch how the children joyfully splashed about and spent time there. The courtyard is always clean and there are places where you can sit peacefully and relax. Overall, only good impressions remain. In general, my family liked it and that is the most important thing for me 👍”
