“No parking for visitors and guests. If you park their premises the security guy will take the picture and send to Dubai police to issue fine. Very bad situation. I am regularly visiting here with my friend for meeting a client who stays here”

“I've been living here for 2 years and I love our building. Very cool and peaceful lobby, even compared to the neighboring Collective 2.0. Designer interior and lots of entertainment. I especially love the energy of our building, it's nice that it's not for everyone👌🏻 The most friendly and welcoming staff and security.”

“The building is very nice there is lots of nice facilities as setting areas cinima. Meeting areas …. Etc but there is no parking for visitors and the apartment at very small”

“We live here since 1 year. Frequent fire alarm testing, building maintenance unprofessional. We had a ceiling leakage after only 2 months living in this brand new building and electricity issue, ac issue. Handling of our issue from the maintenance was very poor. Honestly really embarrassing from emaar. The building amenities and location are amazing”

“There is constantly no water in the gym in the mornings. I ask the staff to bring water but they don't bring it! What should I do??? I went to my apartment and spent time bringing MY OWN water! What's the problem with bringing water to the gym when staff walks around everywhere????”

“This is a new building strategically located ,it's easily accessible with all good roads. It has a large swimming pool for good swimming, large parking , good security system with many cctv cameras well placed in all corners”
