“Good location nice tower very near to festival mall and Dubai health care city and metro is around 6 m walking family building And you can find shops and supermarkets all around the building and the mosque is 1 m walking . Management need to be improved”

“Location is very good. Calm area in heart of the city, close to metro station, grocery shop in next building, Life clinic and pharmacy in same building. Close to new iconic DEWA building. Easy access to Al Khail road/ Business bay / Karama / Garhoud bridge. Spacious apartments with closed kitchen, ensuite maid's room and balconies with waterfront Dubai Festival city view. Can see the Fireworks from the balconies/ bedroom which is a luxury in itself. Its value for money....................”

“Living in this building has been one of the worst experiences in Dubai. The management and maintenance are completely unprofessional and careless. Issues are never resolved on time, and even basic services are poorly handled. Residents’ concerns are ignored, and the overall quality of living here is far below Dubai’s standards. Everything is disappointing. I would strongly advise anyone considering this building to look elsewhere”

“The management of this building couldn't be worse—there have been no improvements and not even fair maintenance. Most of the gym equipment is damaged, and even after two years, no one cares to fix it. There is only one treadmill for the entire tower, and the ladies' gym lacks proper air conditioning and has such poor equipment that it is practically useless. The building's pipes have ongoing issues, and when you report them to maintenance, it takes ages for repairs to be completed—only for the same problem to reoccur. There has been only one grocery cart in the entire building, which is small and has remained broken for two years despite multiple requests and complaints, yet management has never fixed it. The building announcements posted in the gym, parking areas, or elevators often have a commanding tone and lack respect for the residents they are supposed to serve. Overall, the management of this building is extremely poor and disappointing. This is Dubai, and this level of service does not align with the city's actual standards of quality.”
