“DO NOT RENT HERE I MOVED OUT CHILLER DEPOSIT WAS NOT GIVEN BACK SO THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY! They have a bunch of useless security agents that are not able to even switch off a false fire alarm at 3am! July 21st 2024 Chiller problems They are useless and careless to fix emergency issues in summer! The maintenance money only God knows where it goes because they do not fix things on time. June 2nd 2024 2 lifts are still out of service after the Dubai floods. Useless and careless people. Aug 24th 2023 One lift has been broken down for 2 weeks without repair. They do not care about maintenance at alll.... Sept 30th 2022 Guess what? I updated this because there was a 5th emergency water shut down. Sept 28th 2022. AVOID THIS COMPLEX AT ALL COST! Premium apartments? No way!!! No water! In 7 months they had 4 emergency water shut downs without letting people know! No customer care at all. Seriously do not sign with them. If the facilities are relatively new and they have water issues just imagine after a couple of years. Even if you do not have dogs you will encounter this... disgusting...”

“I've been living here since 4 years. Its a nice place but sound proofing was not done well. I constantly hear my neighbors' talking, footsteps, TV, cooking, wardrobes, etc, as if the walls are made from cardboard. The people who walk or talk in the corridor, the people having fun in the swimming pool, I hear them all. If you're a light sleeper or if you get agitated by such noises, I don't advise living in this building.”
