“Top notch building. 15 floors with 6 elevators ! Unbeatable size and layout compared to other buildings in Al Furjan (no dead spaces). 2BR has 146 Sqm, comes with maid room, 4 bath rooms and fully fitted wardrobes. Beautiful community view. Well located between E11 and E311 with immediate access to highway 57. Many amenities available: Pool, sauna, steam room, kids playground, conference room, lobby. 24/7 reception/security. A lot of space outdoor at the pool. Supermarket and nursery in the ground floor. Proper indoor parking spaces available. Well maintained by quick responding maintenance company.”

“Great new building with spacious and bright apartments. Good gym and swimming pool. Good quality finishes. They don't make new buildings like this in Dubai anymore. The management maintains the building well.”
