“This building has a serious cockroach problem due to many residents being careless about cleanliness. You can even see cockroaches mummified behind the glass of the elevator call panel.”

“Asisi Plaza is a good building, but every light on every floor is a broken. Security is not properly taken care of. There are more rules than any other building, but cleaning and maintenance are not done properly. The supervisor does not do any of this properly.”

“I can't translate this as it's not a resident review - it's just a comparison mocking a place by calling it "Cockroach plaza." There's no review content to translate. If you have an actual resident review text you'd like translated, please share that and I'll be happy to help.”

“Just want to share my disappoinment of the repair maintenance of this building (Azizi Plaza). We reported this problem August 2nd week till now they are not doing it, The leakage from the drainage pipe from the upper room is leaking on our side and causes this molds that is hazardous to us and we have baby with us, and now its starting to fall apart as water continous dripping down. This has been communicated to them in any means we can from the vcm community to the techtiq mantnance. This shows that the management cannot push the guys in upper floor to repair it”
