“Been here for more than 3 years. Its a good building suitable for families. Friendly security & in-house maintenance. Quality of apartments are generally better compared to nearby buildings. 2 beds are almost never vacant and rare to find. 2 stars less because the common areas & corridors need upgrading as building has become old, swimming pool is still under maintenance, gym is small, basement parking entrance & exit is tight.”

“This building is really bad and I had to move out only after 4 months. Here is why: 1. The unit smells food most of the time because of the restaurant on the street at the Ground level. Your clothes will smell like grilled chicken mostvof the time.. 2. I couldn’t sleep at night due to really bad and nasty smell coming from the bathroom. This is black water smell that also comes in the morning. My advise: avoid living in this building because it stinks.”
