“Uncontrollably and extremely loud screaming kids at the pool. I live in pearlz by danube and hear everything. Lifeguard does nothing there to control the noise I believe. The screams are beyond normal. Please alert kids not to scream 4 hours everyday non stop in the pool”

“The management of this building is extremely poor and has caused significant discomfort for the residents.
The pool water is dirty, and its drainage system is filled with sludge. On several occasions when I used it, I experienced issues, including skin rashes.
Additionally, the shower next to the pool has been broken for over two years and has not been repaired or addressed.
The individuals performing building maintenance lack the necessary skills and are unable to resolve the issues effectively.
The building lacks proper air ventilation, and even with additional fans installed, there is no effective air or steam extraction from the bathroom, toilet, or kitchen.
Personal belongings are often left in the building’s common areas, which creates an untidy and unorganized environment.
For over six months, I have been waking up with headaches caused by the noise of drills and hammers from units undergoing renovation.
Furthermore, the building’s exterior glass windows are rarely cleaned—sometimes only once a year—which negatively affects the appearance and comfort of living in the property.
When Dubai offers so many high-quality buildings with respectful management and excellent living standards, residing in such a poorly managed building feels like a waste of both money and time.”

“Living at Victoria Residency is an exceptional experience, best part is-- unusually spacious apartments; our 3 BHK unit is nearly 2000 square feet which is probably biggest compared to many of building in that area.The building offers fantastic accessibility with multiple highways and a metro station just a two-minute walk away. Numerous restaurants, shops, and hotels in Discovery Gardens,Discovery Pavillion provides everything you could need within a short distance. I highly recommend Victoria Residency for anyone looking for spacious living and superb amenities!”

“I have lived in this building last 3 years.
One thing i want to highlight is that the maintenance team of building is not up to mark .
Pros:
1.Constant repairs are happening throughout the building.
2. Our Chiller in the Bedroom was not working at it full capacity due to wrong chiller design which led to Water seepage and Mold formation on the walls.
3. Corridor roof always tend to have repairs through out the year.
4. Frequent tripping of Light due to Ac water duct issues.
5. Children play area is small.
6. Outdoor glass rarely get cleaned.
7. Frequent Hot water cut.
Pros:
1.Neighbors are good and will have sense of living in community.
2.Provision of Solar Hot water .
3.Easy access to Metro.
4.Gym is good.”

“The building I live in is in a terrible state due to the lack of proper management. There are numerous issues with the building, including:
Cleanliness Issues: The cleanliness of the building is very poor, and no efforts are being made to improve it. Maintenance and repairs are almost nonexistent.
Dirty Windows: The windows of the building haven't been cleaned for a long time, and no action is being taken.
Contaminated Pool: The water in the pool is not properly maintained, leading to the growth of fungi and bacteria, which poses a risk to the residents. Despite multiple warnings, no steps have been taken.
Unauthorized and Unregulated Repairs: Unauthorized and unregulated repairs are carried out for extended periods, causing loud noises that disrupt the peace and rest of the residents.
Unpleasant Odors: There is a very bad odor throughout the building, and no effort is being made to address it.
Faulty Fire Alarm System: The fire alarms go off without any reason, and the management doesn’t take any steps to resolve this issue.
Water Leaks: Water leaks have been observed in various parts of the building, but despite numerous complaints, the building manager has not taken any effective action.
Incompetent Management: The building manager is completely incompetent and unaware of the building’s condition, with no plans to improve the situation.
We have filed multiple complaints in the past two years, but the management has no plan to address these issues. This is the worst building I have lived in during these two years. Be cautious as the apartment owners live abroad, and you won’t be able to directly complain to the landlord.”

“Wrong chiller design in the entire building, leading to the ceiling leaking and mold growing. Bad maintenance, constant hot water cut. This is not a building you want to live in.”
