What one reviewer said

“A wonderful place. I really like the renovation of the apartment. The pool is wonderful and there are always plenty of free places. Silence and comfort at a height. Definitely, I recommend it! I've been living here for 3 months.”

From Google Reviewers

Each card is a real, public Google review of this residence, sorted into our ten questions – answered only where the reviewer said something, and marked “Not answered” where they didn’t. Reviews written in other languages are shown in English and labelled. These come from Google, not from verified residents, so they count for only a small part of the HT Score, never as much as a real resident review.

“They deducted a deposit for a cabinet - everyone has this problem, 250 dirhams. The staff think that if they look menacing and shout they will scare me. I hope someday they get what they deserve :)”

“The place is a hidden Gem It is quiet and nearby by metro Supermarket is below the building Very clean building and managed properly as I have seen, Security is tight Didn't have time to try the pool or other amenities I read review that place is far from Metro, if 5 mins walking it is an issue for you then it is far but for me it is some needed morning exercise as per my Smart watch demands 🥹😅 Would stay again”
