“Not a decent neighbourhood to live in. Moved few months ago and have a bad experience with people around the buillding area. Area around the building is always made dirty by people coming to the Chai shop in the building. I have witnessed so many times people spit and pee around the building through my balcony. Not comfortable to stay in blacony. Cannot say family friendly and children friendly to live in.”

“Just moved here about 2 months back, can't really complain about the service, the Maintenance Team and the 2 Security does a great job in keeping everything maintained and secured, shoutouts to Shamil who is always approachable and the other security for always being helpful.”

“This is a Family friendly building . Security with all the amenities covered parking, gym,swimming pool, and kids play area.building is Neat and clean always. The maintenance team is very responsive.”

“Almost perfect family building in the area, cannot complain the maintenance services from the management company. Totally recomends this property to every one who is looking to rent an appartment in this area.”

“After posting the below review a decent professional person from the owner office got in touch with me and solved the security deposit issue They keep Air-conditioning inside the building turned off , the smell is very bad in the corridors Swimming pool is very dirty all the time I left the building few months ago , sbk refused to transfer the security deposit to me and they are not responding to my calls or mails”
