“Terrible maintenance, terrible service, terrible management. Avoid staying in this building at all costs. From the security until upper management they will just look for ways to charge you for their ignorant maintenance.”

“IF YOU WANT PEACE IN LIFE THEN DO NOT EVEN THINK OF MOVING IN THIS APARTMENT. maintenance is as low as possible, no one listen or bother to correct the issues until you keep reminding them, then also they will put everything on you to get fixed, so if you are willing to shed more then welcome to this apartment. Washrooms are smelly and no matter what it never dries up, they say the ventilation is working fine but strangely, it gets smell from other ppls house itself. Walls are cracked already within few months itself and paint is coming off too. corridors' gets cleaned once in bluemoon and forget the garbage area . when complained asked to pay the two month notice and vacate the house . this is such a bad place to think of staying so a big NO NO TO EVERYONE”
