“This is the remotest building with just construction all around and in the building. One can't even get a cab around this place. There are notices in the elevator about seepage and damages to buildings!”

“This is a serious health hazard. The building has a massive cockroach infestation, which is getting worse every day. Management has done nothing to resolve it. Extremely unhygienic — unsafe to live here.”

“⭐☆☆☆☆🤢🤢🤢 The building management is very poor. The place is full of insects and cockroaches, and they don’t seem to take any serious action to fix the issue. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to rent or live here. The building is disgusting 🤢”

“Horrible and Filthy. Full of cocroaches. Dirty residents who leave their garbage bags open on the floor in the garbage room. Outside the building is full of builders who litter everywhere. Deliveroo drivers riding on the pavement, so it's not a place to ever walk, moreover at nights there are no street lights, it's pitch black Security team is always terrible and rude, changing every couple of months so you can't build the connection with them- there is always someone new and unaware of the issues. Pool has been ice cold for over a month now - no one does anything about it. Lots of construction outside so you live in a noise and dust. Worst of all- the higher management of Azizi is unresponsive to any complaints. I wrote an email to them mentioning the issues in the building, but was simply ignored.”

“Cockroach everywhere !. Been living here for almost a year and it only getting worse even tho I paid for deep cleanup recently and the maintenance isn’t the best. The neighbors are lovely and security is nice”

“It’s very far from public transport and night time quite hard to drive as there is no lights on the road and there is no proper AC service here. They are used to control the AC. We are feeling sweaty It’s better to avoid staying here”

“The fire alarm keeps going off 24/7- 2 AM, 4 AM, 7 AM , 12 PM- literally ALL DAY. When I ask the security guard if there is an actual fire hazard, they respond with ‘it’s a test’. The building has been around for a while- how many tests do you need? As a remote worker these fire alarms are absolutely unbearable. Not to mention the poor gym and insane amount of cockroaches all over the building. Additionally , it’s always pitch black on the road outside and there are numerous ditches in the ground. The ballistic driving habits of the truck drivers doesn’t help the case either.”

“This gym machine hasn't been working for more than 2 years , despite many complaints nobody has bothered to fix it 😕. Ac doesn't cool during summer inside the apartments and corridors , lift AC is not working, Apartment AC not working properly 😐.DONT COME TO MONTRELL, YOU WILL BAKE IN YOUR APARTMENT, LIFT CORRIDOR , GYM, EVERYWHERE!!!”
