“The building/apartment is good and clean, and it is strictly for families. However, the air conditioning cleaning service is lacking. We have been living in this apartment for two years, but the A/C has only been cleaned once. Despite the high rent of AED 85,000 per year for a 1BHK, we also have to consider the monthly cooling charges of around AED 600 to 700 — roughly AED 7,800 per year. That means the total cost comes to about AED 93,000 per year.”

“The tower is very good in almost everything, except the isolation between apartments and from outside, there’s a very noisy construction that directly impacts the bedrooms and living room, building day and till after midnight that disturbs the sleep.”

“This building is conveniently located right across from Grosvenor Business Tower. Supermarkets are nearby, and there's a health hub clinic on-site. Plus, plenty of RTA public parking is available in the vicinity. Perfect for accessibility and convenience.”
