“Great building to live in. The management is perfect. All issues get resolved immediately, maintenance team is always available and at your service. Clean family building. So sharing, no smells. Hope will be kept the same way. Location is another advantage you always take into consideration.”

“The walls of this apartment are extremely thin, allowing you to hear every single noise your neighbor makes. It's a terrible experience and it makes it difficult to sleep at night. I strongly advise against renting this apartment and regret my decision to do so every day. The offer of free maintenance is a joke as they have not even installed the balcony handle and now the contract has expired. The structure of the building is showing sudden cracks.”

“Management is very bad at solving problems, they will make you pay 200 dirhams for chiller every month on top of your chiller bill (your average chiller bill will be between 650 and 800 dirhams). Don't be fooled by the monthly rent price. Your monthly bills will amount to 1300-1400 dirhams (chiller, water, gas, heater and electricity) Walls are too thin and you can hear everything The building is ok with too many leaks and wall cracks in the apartment. Gym and pool are very small. No chairs at the pool.”
