“The building itself is sound and the pool and gym are excellent”

“The location is an attractive place to live, yet fire alarms activate without cause on a regular basis; when an actual fire occurred residents failed to react because the system had lost credibility. Community walks, organised events, the canal and parks are all of high quality. The building itself is sound and the pool and gym are excellent. Four rather than five stars are awarded because Emaar issues frequent SMS messages for trivial matters yet provided no mobile alert during the real emergency, and because false alarms remain common. Free cooling in Emaar properties constitutes a significant benefit. (Positives: Community.)”
