“Among the stronger residential choices available: readily accessible, peaceful, suitable for both families and individuals. Communal life is excellent, supported by numerous shops, a medical centre, beauty salon and food stores. Without a vehicle the metro requires roughly a twenty-two-minute walk, yet the distance remains manageable. Studio dimensions are adequate and the absence of chiller charges makes a substantial difference. Drawbacks include rising rents that no longer justify the offering, communal spaces that have deteriorated markedly, unclean shared areas, a refuse room that is perpetually full and malodorous, lack of building security (problematic if an access card is forgotten), strong odours from the plumbing, and pool-surround walls and flooring that require attention. Overall a sound choice though far from luxurious. Neighbours are excellent and the surrounding vegetation is attractive. (Positives: Area, community, neighbours, size, accessibility. Negatives: Maintenance, cleanliness, security.)”
