“Tower 1 itself provides neither gym nor swimming pool (only…”

“Nearly three years of owner-occupation have highlighted convenience as the chief benefit: Carrefour and VIVA food stores, a nursery, medical clinic, dining options, Costa Coffee, a pharmacy and a barber all sit at street level. The structure borders JLT’s sole park, which contains playgrounds and sports facilities and hosts most community gatherings. Service charges sit a little below those of many comparable JLT towers. Weaknesses include inefficient administration, the absence of any coherent management system, and the necessity of attending the Tower 2 office for almost every matter. Access cards for parking are deactivated without prior warning at irregular intervals. Tower 1 itself provides neither gym nor swimming pool (only mediocre shared facilities exist in Tower 3), offers no indoor play space for children, and relies on public basement levels B1–B3 that prove less convenient than private underground bays. The property suits residents who prioritise position, convenience and cost; it is less suitable for those who place greater weight on administrative quality, security, fitness provision or children’s amenities. (Positives: Location & convenience. Negatives: Management & building facilities.)”
