Shared facilities include a swimming pool and a gym. The nearest Metro is Sobha Realty, about 5 minutes on foot, with the Dubai Marina Mall tram stop 5 minutes off. Within 800 metres there are 121 places to eat, 31 shops and 16 pharmacies and clinics. On foot it rates as very walkable. Registered rents start around AED 61k a year for a studio.
