“Communication is extremely poor…”

“Very disappointing experience with Shorooq Community, especially the management office. Communication is extremely poor, responses are delayed or unclear, and the management lacks professionalism and proper organization. Staff can be rude and unhelpful at times, making simple requests unnecessarily stressful. Residents deserve better customer service, transparency, and respect. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating and far below expectations”
