“Ongoing building works make JVT extremely loud both after…”

“Ongoing building works make JVT extremely loud both after dark and first thing in the morning. Surfaces of the roads are rough and patched in many places, with an overabundance of speed bumps that put strain on vehicles and cause back discomfort. Signal quality from DU as well as Etisalat remains consistently weak. Having spent the past two months in District 4, I have never felt this level of dissatisfaction with any previous home. No form of public transit exists in the area. (Positives: Spacious apartment. Negatives: Too much construction.)”
