“A two-year tenancy revealed that the north elevation supplies an agreeable outlook toward Downtown and Creek Harbour under clear skies, whereas the southern side offers little beyond distant night-time lights. Upkeep teams, staff, management and security all prove friendly, as do fellow residents. The building is designated for families (I formed an exception). Driving distances to many Dubai destinations and malls are convenient, yet nothing of note lies within a five-kilometre radius, leaving the location relatively isolated while still only ten to twenty minutes from most places. The arrangement suits some lifestyles better than others. Meydan and Bukadra are clearly emerging areas; purchase of a unit would be attractive if any were currently offered for sale.
