“Floor finishes is very low quality…”

“Buildings from outside is seems good but when live for just one week you will get bad experience no comfortable apartment at all starting with the ducts no isolation for pipes, very bad elevators with noisy sound when your appartment is next to it totally unacceptable sound comes behind your walls. Floor finishes is very low quality and toilet fixtures are out of dated, high ac bills like 700 aed for one bedroom +400Dewa ...i don't recommend any one to live here”
