“Be ready to spend the summer with no AC. The building management cares about everything expect the real issues! And I’m spending 1000 dirhams each month on AC that never works!”

“I am Happy to have the Designers Collective institute inside the Indigo Building The location is in the heart of Jumeirah lakes tower right at the DMCC metro station. Exquisite architecture and on the spot management.”

“Great place. Free roaches. Great place for fixing stuff with everything breaking down all the time. Good for people with hypersensitive eyes because the corridors are always dark and the lights do not work. The pool has 5 beds, all broken, which gives a very cozy vibe. The fire alarm works so well, many times a week. Very capable maintenance crews, they speak many languages, English is not one of them - Also they have a screwdriver on occasion. Security is exquisite, they make sure to really give you the feeling the building is secure so when guests come they feel like they just entered Fort Knox.”

“A brilliant location in JLT, very nice tower in arguably the best cluster. Close to the marina, lots of nice restaurants nearby. Gym and pool is good. Security staff are friendly too.”

“Quality building in a great location in JLT next to the metro amd very close walk to the marina. Security staff and gym/pool are lovely and nice restaurants downstairs. Felt a nice energy from this area.”
