“I am really happy with how clean and well maintained the building is. The gym is in great condition and the two big swimming pools are a wonderful bonus. The security staff are polite and helpful it feels safe and comfortable living here.”

“The security is always on point, maintenance is quick to respond and super helpful, and the cleaning staff does a great job keeping everything spotless. It’s a really well-managed tower.”

“Bad condition of building. Poor maintenance. 1. Bad smell on corridors coming from garbage chute and shafts. 2. Too many cockroaches. 3. Smelly bathrooms, bad smell coming from shafts, and drain pipes of upper flat. 4. Paint is peeling off because of sippage / dampness. 5. Water comes inside the flat passing through the windows if there is heavy rain. 6. Very dirty staircases! 7. Too many leakages on pipes on basement parking. Management does not repair the leakage immediately, they will not even help you to find a temporary parking space until the leakage is repaired. They dont care if the paint of your car will be damaged. Some of the securities are arrogant especially those on Basements. (not all) Always asking rudely if you live there even if they see you everyday coming in and out with access card. They dont remember because most of the time they are on their phone or sleeping! And they are not helpful at all! Very slow lifts! Design is very bad! You will pay high rent because of the location only, not the building itself. Not worth the money. 🤷‍♂️”
