“Pros - Spacious layouts, especially kitche…”

“Pros - Spacious layouts, especially kitche and natural light in apartments Cons - maintenance has deteriorated lately, parking is a hassle because you've to take two lifts and they are frequently unoperational. Sometimes bathrooms stink. Nearby lake has started to stink this summer. ”
