“They gave us a management mobile, I tried to call 17 times but no answer”

“The security changed in August 2022 and it became a DISASTER. They follow the rules toooo much. Every day as I walk past them, I see a couple of tenants arguing with them for different reasons. I was trying to get a bed delivered. First, the delivery came on Sunday evening and the security didn't let them in. I was talking to security for 40 minutes but had no luck. They don't allow the delivery in the evening because as they said there could be noise from the fixing the bed frame and some neighbours will complain and the security will lose his job. What a nonsense.. Then we asked to have the delivery only without fixing. Security said how would he know that they will not do the installation?? WHAT??? Ok, we rescheduled the delivery for the next week. We waited for one week sleeping almost on the floor and finally! The delivery came at 18:56. But now the security didn't allow them to go in because it's only allowed until 19:00. 4 MINUTES?? One hour of talking and begging - no luck. They gave us a management mobile, I tried to call 17 times but no answer. One security was saying it's allowed until 6 pm, another one - until 7 pm. They don't even know their terms. And BTW, this is not stated in any poster in the building and they don't have a document with terms and conditions. Now we have to wait for another week-two to sleep in a bed in our apartment. What a disaster This is horrible. This is only the day and evening security, the night shift staff are brilliant.”
