“Three years of residence in Madison have shown that security, maintenance and cleaning teams perform their duties well and that the property is properly cared for. Cabinets emit an odour attributable to poorly designed waste pipes within the walls (according to information received); a modest amount of additional attention is required. The cabinets themselves are of basic quality. The sixty-two-square-metre studio is the outstanding feature. Windows and doors, however, are poorly insulated and poorly chosen. On several occasions it has been necessary to request quieter behaviour from neighbours in the middle of the night when balcony gatherings or lengthy conversations in common areas occurred. Declining rents have attracted a more varied range of new occupants. The swimming pool is of limited practical use; the gym is basic yet clean and contains a serviceable selection of equipment. The building is recommended to anyone seeking good value for money in Tecom adjacent to the metro station. (Positives: Great size of the flat and very decent common area. Negatives: The issue with the smell in the cabinets.)”
