“Construction quality is low and deep cracks appear in the walls”

“Floor layout is excellent yet the unit requires frequent attention from the in-house maintenance operative. Construction quality is low and deep cracks appear in the walls. Existing tenants receive no rent reduction even in pandemic conditions; a ten-percent increase was applied instead. New arrivals obtain substantially lower rents that subsequently rise each year. (Positives: Layout and space. Negatives: Cracks on walls, construction.)”
