“Construction standards fall well short of any reasonable…”

“Renting here is not advisable—results prove highly disappointing. Construction standards fall well short of any reasonable residential benchmark. Sound insulation is absent, sewage odours persist, doors are damaged, cooking smells fill the air day and night, cupboards are broken, cockroaches infest the whole building, the gym and pool rank among the poorest imaginable, upkeep is inadequate, and countless further defects remain. (Positives: Nothing. Negatives: Nothing.)”
