“No complaint arises concerning the apartment itself…”

“No complaint arises concerning the apartment itself, yet maintenance personnel disregard requests for months despite continuous reminders. Guest parking is controlled by security staff whose manner could usefully be more courteous. (Positives: Spacious apartment. Negatives: Maintenance guys don't respond.)”
