“Lifts are in very poor condition…”

“Lifts are in very poor condition and the parking area is inadequately maintained. Maintenance and agency staff continually interfere over trivial matters—even the introduction of an additional mattress prompts unreasonable questioning. My husband and I are simply waiting for the present tenancy to expire so that a move can be arranged. (Positives: Near to metro. Negatives: Greedy maintenance, unhygienic, hidden costs.)”
